Snow Days

We had quite a snow for our area.  It has been around since last Friday.  It usually melts in a couple of days, but this time the cold has not let the sun do its work.  The grandchildren had to go out.  It took us longer to dress them to go out than the time they spent outside!

To help protect their little faces, I rubbed them with chap stick.  Gave them a hot bath and we all played for the rest of the day.  Snow days!  Fun times!

Oh, how sweet! I would never have thought of putting chapstick on little faces! :) You'll have to share what you've been crocheting with us! Keep warm.

We haven't really had that much snow..but I remember the bigger snows when the kids and grands were little...they would play in it for a few minutes, then we'd make snow ice cream. :)

Hope you're doing well and I always appreciate your visits. We still have snow and I'm getting a little tired of it! ;)
